A TouchLocal search server for Twitter
This is simple but very effective mashup that combines two APIs; Twitter’s and the new one from TouchLocal a UK based business directory.
Simply 'tweet' you search to @touchfind i.e Indian Restaurant,BB1 8AZ and you’ll get a reply back with the nearest.
If your tweets are geo-enabled you don't need to provide a location, and you’ll get the nearest, based on your current location.
